1 / HOW DOES IT WORK WITH KEYS?
We use a spare set of keys if can make some available, or alternatively we can use a lockbox that your guests use.
2 / WHAT TURNAROUND TIMES CAN YOU DO?
We try to be as flexible as possible but need usually least 5 hours between guests leaving and entering.
3 / HOW LAST MINUTE CAN YOU DO A CLEAN?
All we need is 48 hours' notice to do a full Airbnb clean.
4 / WHAT PRODUCTS DO YOU USE?
We primarily use eco-friendly anti-bacterial products such as Ecover and Zoflora across the board. For targeted cleaning on specialised surfaces we rely on Viakal limescale remover, toilet cleaner, oven cleaner, glass cleaner and dust spray polish.
We are flexible with the products we utilise, and can use special products tailored to fit host requirements!
5 / DO YOU DO DEEP CLEANS?
Yes, we do. We highly recommend booking a deep clean through the winter months whilst you're potentially not as busy!
